Thanks, Banander! I buy the pre-washed stuff to save time and making your own salad dressing helps control calories because you know what you've put in it. I just use 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon of mustard.
