Well, my weight is up at the doctor's scale but I am almost 49, so a neighbor just told me I am too thin around 190 lbs. because I really looked a bit too gaunt, so I will try to level off around 205 to 210 in the coming months. The doctor gave me Atarax (for itching) and its already working on those hives, I showed him my upper legs where they were the most pronounced. I have a diagnosis regarding my arthritis, which is from the pain management doctor. It is important as the military discharged me for this and is or maybe is supposed to give me a pension of some sort, if one gets a condition in the service they take care of it for you for good supposedly. Anyway, tonight Bruce may visit before work, my place looks like a cyclone hit it, hopefully tonight after work I will clean it up a bit... Next week I will send out more query letters for book 1, wish me luck. I do miss info and NN, and sararay, and even the old buddies from my first year on here who for the most part are off the site. I guess there is Facebook, Twitter, etc. - but this is the best place I've found on the Internet, especially as it helps us watch our weight... 

goooooood mornin glenn...yes its hard when you see all the friends that you once knew on fs ...slowly move on...either they hit their goals...or they just moved on with life...i do from time to time see some of the older friends come back on to check in...ImLuuvd and amryk was on this past week ...but neither one journaled...guess they was just passin thru...hope you get over the hives...and hope you get control of where you think your weight should be....have a greatttttttttttt easter... 

i use a program called pc tools spyware doctor and its job is to catch whatever my virus programs dont catch...malware, and any of the other stuff that a virus program doesnt check for...its a great program...have been using it for several years now...well worth the 29.99 each year..it has caught several things that my virus program wasnt suppose to catch...stuff that would make a computer act funny...so many sites that are set up to harm your computer ...an thats one good thing about the pctools program it alerts you as soon as something tries...so you can stop it before its to late......well...just thought id pass this along... 

Hi Glenn, for some reason I got the impression that it may be your birthday on Earth Day? Yep, we are 49ers this year! Let's make our Golden years truly Golden by continuing to take care of ourselves and living our best life! TOWANDA!!!!!  

No it's June 27th - they put up flags on that day on Yahoo, or did last year. Not American flags either. I use Norton Security, a kid at work said Kapersky (I think it is called that) is best. Mine checks sites. Don't go deep into checking on celebrities too much - they lead to areas that have all sorts of garbage in them. Just look them up on Wikipedia if you have to. Anyway, I am a Cancer/Sagittarius Rising...

Hi Bren - I like your typo - a neighbor child called me Gleem after the old toothpaste when I was young, which probably doesn't even exist anymore. Happy Easter - I hope the rain lets up so I can go to the Easter Vigil tonight...
