Weighing in 2 days after previously weighing in is probably not a good idea, but I did. I have logged my food most days this week, and cut back portions. I actually limited myself to a serving of food today. I've cut out soda (even diet.) I'm planning on making a tropical fruit salad for my birthday, instead of cake. I'll be 42 tomorrow.
