Day 10:
Today I decided to change things up a little with my exercise routine. Instead of doing the machine for 20 minutes, I did 10 minutes of hula-hooping (one of my favourite forms of exercise) and then 10 minutes on the machine. I didn't burn as many calories as FS says I usually do--but the hula hooping worked a different set of muscles--which was nice.
I stuck to the healthy eating all day. I even skipped my frozen yogurt for dessert.
So far so good.
