This morning was Back and Biceps. I am also doing HIIT Cycling training on spin bike too throughout the week. I did the spin after my back and biceps routine.
I made good progress on the 20 min interval!
Bicycles are my thing, so it won't be going away from my routine haha.
I know some people get scared they will lose all their gainzzzzzz.
I will be carb loading again tonight too. Got LEG DAY tomorrow morning.
