Day #2 on listing out what I am eating and I have realized that I drink a lot of coffee.. Actually I think that all I have been drinking lately is coffee and Guinness (oh that reminds me I need to add a Guinness to yesterdays list.) I think that I may need to add some water or Green Tea to that list..
Also I am not sure what I am going to do for my Lunch time walk... Dumb Rain! Maybe I can go to the tread mill down stairs... hmmm Actually that is a good idea.
Well if I don't go to to the gym down stairs at lunch then I have to go after work. I need to get ready to start on W1D1 on C25K (again)on Monday! (Also if you are reading this check out the C25K group!)
Well I guess that is all for now... I am a little scattered today!
