Coming back to Fat Secret at my highest weight in my life. No matter what weight loss program I toss money at, it's never been harder for me than "calories in < calories out." I'm embarassed by my fat body right now and none of my clothes fit. Tracking my food will point out what I'm doing wrong (like, um binging on doritos tonight) so I can start to focus, increase my burn and get back to the body I belong in.

Hey there!! Totally get what you’re saying! The app really helped me become aware of what I was eating - it was shocking. I do a calorie counting but focused on minimizing carbs (not eliminating) and trying to up protein. Soda was the hardest followed by cookies/snacking. I still struggle each day and sometimes it goes sideways but when you go over one day get back on track the next. Don’t starve, just look at the long range goal. Salads suck LOL I don’t eat veggies or weird smoothies, just normal stuff and I lost over 60 lbs. COVID years added 20 back on and I know what you mean about tight clothes. Now on the loss journey again! Oh that RDI calculator on FS calculates about 500 calories too high for me. I manually change it and it does well. You got this!!!!

Binging on Doritos? If I started eating those, I couldn’t put them down. Between the highly engineered flavoring ingredients, and the horrendous seed oils they are fried in, which act on my endocannabinoid receptors and give me the munchies, If I picked up a bag of Doritos, or most any other type of chips, I could not put it down until it was empty.
