My weight was actually DOWN 1/2 lb Saturday, sadly it didn't stay but I'm still maintaining & hopefully will see that number again this week. Well, this Saturday March 5 is the Adrenaline Run, which supports the OU College of Pharmacy where my younger daughter is getting a Doctorate in medical research. I've run it for a few years now, this will be my 3rd or 4th time (not sure which). Although I'll be walking it like the two 5Ks I did last year. I put in a 5 mile walk yesterday on my treadmill 'cause there was still ice on sidewalks outdoors, that should all go away today or tomorrow. Weather will be very springlike this week, YAY! Anyway, I'm feeling that walk in my left hip this morning. Still debating whether I'll attempt to walk a 1/2 marathon at the end of April, I want to but my hip is not happy today. Hubby & I filled our freezer again this weekend, should have enough food for the month of March. Still a bit concerned about inflation & shortages, but our problems in the USA are NOTHING compared to Ukraine. Praying for Ukraine & hoping Putin fails! That's my political statement for today, back to work now.
