Done Son! I have finally broken the into the 205 club. I actually weighed 3 times. 205.1, 205.1 and 205.7. I will count the heavier as true. That way it gives me something else to work on. I am proud of myself because I did it my way Carlito's Way...lol. No supplements, not diets, no fasting, no shakes, no nasty bars or food. Alls it took was some good old fashion hard work and wiser eating habits.
