Today is 2/26 at 1 am. Can't sleep. I'm going to the gym today hopefully. I'll let you know. Hopefully I'll sleep go to sleep soon

I found it helps me to fall asleep easier when I do some gentle yoga (just stretching, nothing to get your heart rate up) before bed. Others find it helpful to meditate for a few minutes...
