My hubby & I started eating healthy in October 2019. I lost 70lbs in the first 6-8 months, so did he. We have continued eating healthy but I have been plateaued for over a year now and still have 70lbs to go. I decided to try fasting on Monday. 18:6 is how I started. No problem with the fast length, just too short a window to eat. I had to meals and felt really full. I have adjusted to 16:8 and have lost 5lbs this week. I am drinking plenty of water.
