I totally sucked at this for a really long time....
Ok so here is an update... I got laid off in Feb 07 and was at the gym as much as I was at home... I lost 40 lbs in about a 4 month time frame. Now 2 years later I am heaver then I was when I Opened this account But I am at 7 weeks No smoking! Whoo Hoo!
I am giving my diet a lot of thought and I am not sure what I want to do but I will do something maybe a little WW again we will see. I could possibly get Leo to do it to... :)
I am also going to start the Couch to 5 K again next week... (I hurt my back this weekend doing something and now I need to start over.) I want to Run a 5k not just train to do one.... I am thinking that there may be one for me to do but we will see.. I may do one in October depending on how well I do with my training. :)
Well that is all for now... Off to find some more coffee....
