Never tried roasted radishes. It will go on my list. Does it turn out ok if you do them in the oven?

We usually oven-roast daikon - cut into 1/2“ discs - @ 375-400F with a little EVOO or butter. Salt, pepper, red chili flake. Enjoy! Assume red radishes can be done the same way but MM2 might be the man here.
