ok i am tired of playing the yo yo game with my weight its up a pond its down two pounds goes up a pond or two then down one pound. Its like im not going anywhere so what im going to do is kick my workout into high gear and get my arse on the ball lol. i have things to do agter my weight loss and dont have time to go backand orth all the time. ok well i just worked out for the first time in two days which i regret due to the fact that i had no energy whatso ever while i was working out i felt like a blob on legs. im so frustrated at myself for being so lazy the last few days. i just have to do better thats all there is to it!
