Day 8:
Still a little higher on the calorie intake than I'd like to be. I want to get down to 1250ish... It's kind of scary though. I'm eating a lot better than I had been and my calorie intake is still higher than it should be--I wonder how bad it actually was? Eek..
Got on the gazelle for 15 minutes today. Worked up a sweat and then organized the shoe rack...
I think I'll just relax the rest of the evening and fight off the urge to snack.
