My weight is slowly going back down. Looking at my chart I can see my birthday and the three Christmas celebrations. Oh and the super bowl. I’m back on track.
125.7 lb Lost so far: 17.3 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
