Hi, everyone! Hope you are well. When I joined FatSecret, I was in the red zone and struggled every day. My goal weight seemed so far away, but I never gave up. Now that I've reached my goal weight, today is the lucky day I had been looking for! *****WooHoo*****

Hey Deb I got a blender for my smoothies at GNC and it works great. Think it was $20. I have a couple of others from Walmart that don't work half as good as the one from GNC. You can review the GNC blender on Youtube. You could probably also check it out on the GNC website. Again congrats on reaching your goal weight!

walmart has a farberware one for about $20.00 and there is another brand that looks like it, I've had both, would choose something different than these.

I absolutely love my NutriBullet. I'd love to have a Vitamix, but soooo expensive.

I really like my Ninja Prep Pro. I have a really old Vita Mix (like 25 years old) that I didn't appreciate enough when GoodMan bought it for me. It was used very little over the years. I got it out recently and the rubber gasket was in bad shape. I called company and they sent me two of them and told me that was probably the last ones I'd be able to get since they don't make that style anymore. I feel bad for not using it all those years, but truthfully I still go to my Ninja instead of the Vita Mix when I need a smoothie.

Thanks, everyone! Of all the people at FatSecret who have reached their goal weight, I am assuming that I am the slowest loser of all. You can look at my weight history. If my scale had .1 pound losses, I probably would have a lot of those. But all my .2 and .4 pound losses added together over time to get me to my goal weight. WooHoo!

My journey started in September of 2012. Not logged here but in notebooks, I had joined but just joined some group that was basically dormant and figured it wasn't a very active site. Came back later as I remembered the food diary, Mmmmm found out it is an awesome site. So 60 pounds took me 2 years. I'm sure you are faster than me. Slow is good. Fast==yoyo
