Thanks, everyone! Your support and comments mean so much to me! I want to reward myself with one of those machines to make a smoothie with. I'm still doing research on them, comparing prices and how sturdy they are. I need something strong that I won't break in a few weeks. lol

Deb, been there... done that! Congrats! Now, don't let up on the maintenance part of the journey... I CAN attest... it is a challenge NOT to slip back and do the things that put us in the unhealthy area to begin with.
