I wonder if my goal weight of 115 is too much, because, I don't know what I will look like after being heavy a good amount of my life.
I guess I have to wait and work!
138.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
