Hey hey. I have no idea what happened. But my weight is 260 again according to the scale. I did all my stuff (don't want to FYI, but you know what I mean)
I am really disappointed, that 3 scales said the same thing. I have no idea what to do.
I will be starting over again, because I am frustrated. Actually, I am somewhat beyond frustrated. CIP, my dad is 200 lbs, and one of the scales told him that he was 183. So we tried another one of the three, both said he was 200. I have no idea how to recalibrate them. So I will look for a better scale, if it doesn't cost too much.
So I am frustrated. Any ideas will help.
