Guys what do you find is the necessary amount of minimum carb grams/ percentage intake to reach your Keto goals?

Did you find you had any sideeffects or noticeable difference from your regular intake?

There is quite a range here and also many different approaches. Personally I start with 20 net carbs and keep it there till I get close to goal and then increase it and try a more cycle like approach at goal.

Aim for 20 Net. That's where I lose weight; any higher and I plateau.

Erik are you saying 20g net carbs? I fluctuate between 5-50g mostly, some days I do very good others, I feel I need that slice of bread or bit of pasta. Rather than do drastic denial, I try to just keep the portion low, or off put to another day and make a promise if I keep well under for three days or so, I can have a little splurge one of the weekend days - as a kind of treat. I really admire those peeps who can substitute salad leaves etc. Albeit I adore a great crunchy salad every once in a while I do succumb to the carby cravings. I shall have to try harder lol
