Morning weigh in of 211.6 despite 1250 calories in/2793 calories out yesterday. Apparently the carbs and sodium from Saturday took a while to fully register. Will eat about 1400-1500 per day this week to round out the month.

It's easy to have a love/hate relationship with carbs, I sure do. They're the devil's spawn. :) Have a good one, you'll get the water out.

You will get the water weight off, the first day back on the diet drops the water weight like crazy. I remember back in my 20's the first two weeks on weight watchers I would drop 7.5 the first two weeks. I wish I could drop weight that quick now!!!- Oh well a new week. I will weigh myself in on Friday and Buddy on Wed/Thursday if I can catch him, hehehehe , he does not like the scale!!!
