Glad the scale is going down but I am HUNGRY 🤤. I need ideas on foods to keep me fuller longer.
162.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1532 kcal Fat: 69.32g | Prot: 79.07g | Carb: 152.17g.   Breakfast: Quaker 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Farm Fresh Hard Boiled Eggs. Lunch: Blueberries , Blackberries , Birds Eye Steamfresh Veggie Made Spaghetti Style Marinara. Dinner: Black Beans (Canned), Quesadilla with Meat and Cheese. Snacks/Other: Nature's Garden Omega-3 Deluxe Mix. more...

Anything with a high fat/low carb count will fill you quickly such as cheese.

egg white McMuffin but you make it yourself. get a fiber one English muffin for 90 calories or . OLD TIME 647 English muffin.(90 cal.) 3 tbsp of egg whites (25 cal.)1 slice Velveeta single(40 cal.) and 1 slice of Canadian bacon(20 cal.). DELICIOUS.. only 175 calorie. if you add an extra slice of Canadian bacon it'll be 195, and it keeps you full for pretty long
