Weight 171; fasting blood sugar 135 Starting new challenges on Monday.
Goal by March 1: 165, Goal by April 1, 160
Plan: Skip breakfast except for Keto coffee,eat high protein, low carb each day, Stay below 1200 calories daily.
Skip bread, use local honey for sweetener.
Today: Breakfast, Peanut butter toast with honey, Keto coffee with honey. Lunch, homemade chili, no crackers Supper, scrambled eggs with leftover chili.
Exercise: ride stationary bike, arm exercises each evening. gardening as weather permits.
Garden started Wed and Thursday last week. Body can tell I haven't done this in a while!!! Planted English peas, kale, Swiss chard, beets, onions, radishes, spinach.
Watching orchard bloom timing process: Mason bees need to hatch out just before trees bloom. This is my first attempt to raise Mason bees -- hubby gave me a Mason bee house for Christmas. They are supposed to pollinate much more than honey bees and be less aggressive. Hubby is allergic to honey bee stings, so we gave up on raising honey bees years ago. Mason bees are smaller, need different kind of house, do not make honey, but are good for orchard pollination.
