Back to the weight I logged at the end of my last Whole30 month. Released the pounds I gained adding back wine, bread, dairy and chocolate, 5 lbs.
So, onto my second 30 day Whole30 to see if there are other food sensitivities/allergies .
I attended a live hockey game last night and everyone around me was eating junk! Beer and popcorn! Imagine what my poor gut would do with that😳. I took cashews and mint tea with me and had a great time. Proved to myself I can stick to the plan and still enjoy my life. Yay!
159.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
