I have done really poorly on my diet/lifestyle change. I think I'm going about this all wrong. Starting over today.

Don't give up! Sometimes it takes small changes to get to big goals...I was down to my goal weight 2002 (174lbs). Then I went up to 300lbs by 2006! Eep. Got back to 273 in 07 and then fell off the wagon again this year. But I'm not giving up yet!! You can do it!! Small changes, though harder, make life easier. ;)
