OK, I'm gonna take a different track, here. I've hit this weird plateau where I just maintain, even though I cut calories to as low as 800 per day. I'm gonna move my max up from 1600 to 2500, and increase my workouts and run distance. My body appears to be in starvation mode and won't drop any weight. So, I'll do this for a month and we'll see what happens.
