2/9(三)晚餐:
菠菜
滷豬腳
五穀飯

昨天晚餐的豬腳真的太下飯,吃了將近一碗吧!
不過也是因為有訓練下半身肌力,才敢吃比較多澱粉😂
還好今早量體重沒變胖~
體脂還下降0.1%(體脂真的好難降🥲
