You should try Zucchini wraps from Checkers. Low in calories, we're taking 100 calories per wrap and still filling!

I’ll have a squiz for the zucchini wraps, thanks for the suggestion!
Have become accustomed to having options like this frozen in for a couple of months now, throw the oven on before going out for a run, come back and throw one in the oven while you shower and voilà. But have been out for the last three weeks and seriously missed them (especially when I’m travelling… McDonalds!), so glad to be getting back on track!

@ELMADASS They are very tasty. Probably not the healthiest, but I like to think of them as a healthier choice than stopping at McDonalds or skipping breakfast and then raiding the fridge repeatedly before lunchtime.

just want to say that ham and cheese is not unhealthy. neither is it healthy to only choose foods based on low calories. eating in moderation and staying within a calorie range that is specific to your goal is more important. I think these wraps look amazing. and probably guessing around 460-600 cal per wrap depending on the weight of cheese and ham. I eat two meals a day around 500-800 calories per meal and a snack so these would be perfect in my life if I were going back to working in an office. it's more unhealthy to have deep fried foods or eating takeaway because you have prepared for your day or week. so good on you for being proactive and preparing in advance. the more adept you become at understanding how to count calories the easier it becomes to make small tweaks here.

Thanks Shereen! Knowing what went into them, this batch comes to about 350 per wrap, more when I add some scrambled eggs. Keeps me full until lunchtime, especially useful against the temptations that come with returning to the office.

Perfect. Ain't nothing wrong there!!! I love wraps. Variations of mine include grilled chicken/hummus/roast veggies/spicy mince and cheese/thin sliced ostrich.... I could go on. If it can be eaten in a bowl with a spoon or held together in dough then it's a happy meal for me 😂😂😂👌

I think it's important to mention that the 100 and something calories is only from the wrap. Excluding filling. Mine end up around 450. I believe it is important to know how to count calories well if your goal is to lose weight. If you can find something healthy you enjoy that is the most sustainable way to stick with it.

Not unhealthy at all! I guess there are those overly obsessed who think anything slightly processed is unhealthy and only raw wholefoods & non animal products are healthy 😂 You'd have to eat a whole LOT of ham every day to make it unhealthy.
