Really feeling it as I missed my walk yesterday. I did the other part of my exercise routine tho. Its become such a great part of my day and my plan that I truly missed it. Weighed in a little up today, but look ma! Nooo trippin! Just gonna keep doin what Im doin. (which is better than what I WAS doin!

I really and truly am radiochick! Ive gotten to that blessed point in this journey where one really misses it when one doesnt get there exercise in! YEP, Im lovin it!
