On Saturday I went off diet and had forbidden foods. Potatoes, battered jalapenos. OMG it was so yummy. To end my feast I had an ice cream sundae. I came home and drank 3 shots of apple cider vinegar with lemon in an hour or so. The next day (I thought for sure the scale would be up) to my shock I was down from 210 to 209.4 lbs. So to compensate I did a fat fast yesterday. Today I am a new low I lost another 1 lb. I'm 208.4 lbs. I'm so excited. Can't wait to be in One-derland.

Thanks all so much.. :) appreciate the support. Vinegar and Lemon helps with weight loss. You can look up benefits of apple cider vineger.. it has to have the "mother" in it. By Braggs. The lemon helps make drink it so bearable.. I LOVE IT. I've lost 5 lbs since I started drinking it, but I also quit artificial sweeteners at the same time.. so something to think about.
