I am sad that I started gaining weight again. I haven't been cooking food since I have been sick. I have been drinking a lot of orange juice and lemonade. I don't drink juices anymore because of the calories. I am wondering if the calories I have been drinking are just too much. I did my curves workout for 30 min yesterday and still managed to gain .8 lbs. I am aggrivated because I was so close to my 185 goal .. i got to 186 and now I am back up almost 189. :-( How do I stop the weight gain???????
