Today is definitely one of those days that shows the inconsistency with weighing in daily. The low weigh-in is due to the Blackhawks playoff game. Although I ate dinner at the same time as usual (7pm), the Hawks game ran until midnight. This put me to bed two hours later than usual, and so a late wake up left me 13 hours without food. We should be a bit more accurate today, because I made up for it. You can see that by the first two meals I consumed today (by far the largest I've had all diet). I hit Core Synergistics around 8 tonight, and finished with a light dinner. Tomorrow is Kenpo.
