Looks beautiful! I have Swai on my pick up list for Tuesday. Was for today but my car is still surrounded by ice and I will not risk another fall. I do however, still have Tilapia and Salmon in the freezer and had some tilapia last night. Your meal is beautiful...and inspires me!
