Day 3:
I had the worst day at work today--I was so stressed and upset, and all I could think about was getting a chocolate bar. Wouldn't that make me feel better? I don't know how I did it, but I fought off the urge to run to the vending machine. I haven't cheated diet-wise yet. I'm so proud. Usually I cave by now. I'm making a concious effort this time. I'm tired of being overweight, and I won't allow myself to do it anymore. I start my first FS challenge tomorrow. I'm really excited. I just hope I can meet the exercise requirements--I'm so lazy.
This diet has been great for my appartment we clean so much now because it distracts us from food. HAHA
