Heya people.. today was my pilates mat class. It was awesome as usual. I am getting nervous about the weekend. I would really like to do well this weekend and not go hog wild. I have a birthday party on Saturday. They are having pizza and hot dogs. I am going to bring my own dogs and buns. I am also going to bring hummus and carrots and mexican layer dip. I will stick to the hummus and carrots and my low cal hot dogs. Then Sunday I am going to a fund raiser for my friends daughters. They are walking in the relay for life. I know there are going to be snacks and treats. I am going to try really hard to pass on all of that stuff unless someone really raves about one treat or something. So my goal is to show a loss on Monday morning. I really do struggle with weekends. So I am trying to have a plan of attack for dealing with the weekend. Then hopefully by next weekend (easter) I will be at or below 210.

hummus and carrots FTW! I've got some in front of me right now. Yum. Weekends are tough. My goal this weekend is to have one high(er) calorie day, rather then 3...

I'm horrible on weekends myself. And this time of year is awful for all these parties and bad food. I have another birthday party this weekend myself. Darn cake... Why are you so tempting?? Good luck this weekend. Sounds like you're really arming yourself with a good game plan. You can do it! And if you don't, don't be too hard on yourself. You're doing great.

Ceebee, I already know that you will do this and that come Monday, that scale is going to take a nosedive! You are awesome...great job with the Pilates...they are not easy!
