Good Morning! I am waking up to a brisk 60 degrees. I am seriously going to add a blanket on my bed tonight.
No loss this day (no gain either) but I did eat beef again last night. My mind and body craves beef. I must need the protein/fat but the scale isnt happy with it. I also had a cheat last night. Sad to say it was a beef hotdog. YUCK. what was I thinking?
Still wheat/dairy/sugar free so I will forgive myself and move on.
I have been informed that no one can comment on my journals so I went digging and I think I fixed the problem. Hoping for support in FS. I really need companions on this journey.

You fixed the problem. Don't beat yourself up too much over the hotdog. It could have worse, you could have had two. I blew it last night too, so today we will just have to knuckle down and make it only a one indiscretion. You are not alone and you are doing great. Keep up the good work.
