No change in weight today, so that’s good since I was pretty bad yesterday food wise. I also didn’t get anything done last night that I wanted to… not all the cleaning and not riding the exercise bike. Got home late from work and just felt exhausted so ended up going to bed really early and tried to catch up on sleep. Didn’t seem to help much because I’m still tired today. Tonight I’m going to try to squeeze in my normal Thursday run either before or after a condo association meeting I have to attend tonight. Probably have to be after unless I sit there all sweaty and smelly during the meeting… that would be interesting but I don’t think people would appreciate it!
