So I am officially half way to my goal! I find that when I am typing in my weight I naturally put 183 instead of 173 because I can't remember the last time I was in the 170's. I'm feeling great!

I was too sore to do the power yoga workout again yet, so I did the biggest loser bootcamp dvd for the first time today...I almost puked..and I only did level 1. It didn't really seem that difficult, I mean I felt the burn, but I went straight to the bathroom after to splash some cold water on my face and resist the urge to throw up.

Halfway there is a big milestone. Nice work! I think Bob and Jillian would be proud that the bootcamp had that effect on you ;-)
