Today is my first day "back in the saddle" of watching what I eat and exercising. I did really well about a month ago and lost about 15 pounds following the dr phil diet but after getting sick for what felt like forever and just getting depressed about being sick I "fell off the wagon" and started eating really badly again. I only gained 2 lbs back thanks to gained metabolism from exercise but I want to LOSE not GAIN!! So I signed on to fatsecret for the first time since March of 08 and I am comitting to signing on everyday and journaling, keeping track of my foods and exercises. I know this will help me and I feel like if I can get on Facebook everyday to see what my friends are doing then I can certainly sign on here and log my food, exercise and journal. I did not walk on the treadmill today which is not a great thing but I am so exhausted from walking around Kennywood all day yesterday that I am taking a break until tomorrow.
With God all things are possible and I know that He is going to help me create a better life for myself and my family.
Now- back to work!!
