Day 2
Fell off the wagon yesterday. Damn you Tuesday Trivia. Fries and 2 pints of delicious beer. We lost, I lost. I did however only consume 150 kCal over my intended 2000. Need to start somewhere. At least I'm now looking at it and analyzing what I'm doing. Can't make changes if you don't know what to change.
The 3L of water a day challenge is starting next Monday. I've decided to get a start on it. I have 2 x 32oz bottles that I'm going to alternate between for some fridge time.
::EDIT:: I need better work snacks... These peanut m&m's are slaughtering my calories!
