Yesterday's workout went really well. I think i need to switch it up more I really don't want to hit a plateau. That is one of my biggest fears is hitting that plateau early. I at least want to loose a good 15 to 20 pounds before I hit one. I might look up some more workouts. And some ab workouts. cause the ones that I am doing my body has gotten use to them and they don't hurt anymore. Because in my mind if it doesn't burn then its not working. Is that weird?
