mau tanya hehe, kalau untuk pemula awal awal diet jaga pola makan dulu kyk kurangin gula, minyak dll tanpa olahraga gitu bagus nggak? tapi nanti klo udh 2 minggu an baru olahraga. menurut kakak kakak fs gmn?
