Will be focused on meal prep for this next week to see if it can move the needle. Breakfast will consist of: Eggs, spinach and sausage or oatmeal and yogurt with fruit and walnuts daily. Lunch will be a fish taco with cabbage and some dill sauce and brocoli with onions and parmesan. Dinner will be a spinach and fruit shake with protein powder spike. drink 8 glasses of water daily. 2 cups of popcorn as snack. We'll see how it goes!
