Trying to focus my attention off the scale. I am seeing physical results from my routine and feeling better/healthier daily. The number on the scale keeps on going up but I can't let that bother me-muscle weighs more than fat and I am really working on toning right now with my cardio. I can do this and don't need that damn scale to dictate my progress my body should do that for me!
If my moods get more lifted you may need to go get me off the clouds! :-D
