Beautiful day in Florida (NO RAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Current Temp: 81
I have already walked for an hour today and will ride bike for another hour later today. I finally found all of the ingredients to try Dr. Haymans breakfast smoothie but will have it for lunch. I also inlisted a friend to call me every evening to ensure that I have gotten my hour walk in for the day as I seem to get side tracked. I know the reminders will only take a little while before I get back into the daily routine of walking like it use to.

Finished cleaning out other bedroom and setting up stability ball, workout tapes, golds slimming shorts, hand and ankle weights.

Put me in coach I am ready to work out and get healthy.
