Well, today is day one and I'm off to a start that is similar to any other day. That's what this is about though; making changes. My eating and workout habits have good intentions, but are too much for one and not enough of the other. Portion control is something I have dealt with for a long time, I'd like to change that. I love math and charts and graphs, so now I have something that will track my progress, both quantitative and qualitative through these journals.
