198 lbs again today. Slept well and woke up early. I had the longest pee ever (sorry for the tmi)this morning. More of that water consumption from yesterday I guess. I am looking forward to my hot yoga session tomorrow. I plan to repeat on Monday and again on Tuesday (If I have the stamina). The yoga I am doing is Moksha (not Bikram). I need to get used to the heat and the movements; the only way is to go as often as possible. The euphoric feeling I get afterwards is amazing. It may be the reason I slept well last night. Is this my silver bullet? Time will tell. Eat well plan for today - started with a salad and coffee. Plan for lamb and chicken later. I hope you all have a great day!
