So far I am sticking to my diet very carefully, but I am getting tired of the constant feeling of restriction. I am also, despite my best efforts, not becoming any more enthusiastic about working out. I do it, because I have an incentive to, but I am concerned that when I've reached my goal, I will slip back into poor workout habits.
