I actually managed to reach my protein target & overall calories yesterday, went a little over on carbs but a little under on fats. It was a bit of a struggle, but I got there. NOW let's see if I can do it again today. I put in about 70 minutes total on exercise last night, about 40 minutes on the tread climber & 30 minutes of Pilates. Really I had planned on 20 minutes but I didn't have a watch with me, but oh well, extra minutes & all that. Tonight is weight lifting, hopefully at the gym. Oh, and walking as much as possible at work, yup taking the stairs & orbiting the 4th floor - there she goes again....
